My own research focuses on propaganda and understanding why people hold particular political attitudes. As a teacher, I try to challenge my students to consider alternative points of view. I find great joy in sparking new interests in my students, providing them the tools to grapple with complex theories, and promoting an environment where people feel safe to speak their minds while being challenged with new ideas.
